Galley

Terms of service

Effective 22 October 2026. These terms are between you and the operator of Galley (currently its founder as an individual, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; to be replaced by the operating company on incorporation). Contact: legal@crewgalley.app.

1. What Galley is

An app where verified airline pilots and cabin crew can see which other members are in the same city on overlapping dates, post and join meetups, share tips and message each other. It is independent and has no connection with any airline. Airline names are used only to describe where a member works.

2. Who may use it

You must be 18 or over and currently employed by an airline as a pilot or cabin crew. You must keep your account to yourself and use only your own proof of employment. We may refuse, suspend or close any account at our discretion, including when a report is made against it.

3. Verification

We check employment proof as described on the verification page. Verification is a process, not a guarantee: we do not vet anyone's character, conduct or intentions, and we make no promise that every member is who they say they are. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting anyone; read the safety page.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a licence to store, display and transmit it as needed to run the app. You are responsible for it. We may remove any content and close any account that breaks the community guidelines, these terms, or the law. Do not post hotel names, room numbers, flight numbers, duty times, ID numbers or anyone else's personal details.

5. Your conduct

No harassment, impersonation, scams, solicitation, selling, recruiting, scraping, or interference with the app. No use of the app for anything unlawful where you or the other person are located.

6. Privacy

Our privacy policy is part of these terms.

7. Availability and changes

The app is provided as is, may change, and may be interrupted or withdrawn. We may change these terms; material changes will be shown in the app for acceptance before you continue.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything that happens between members, in person or online, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which for a free app is nil. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration seated in the DIFC, unless you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, which these terms do not remove.

10. Contact

legal@crewgalley.app for legal notices, including takedown and law-enforcement requests, which are honoured on valid legal process and logged.
