Community guidelines
Galley is a verified room for crew on layovers. What people meet for is their own business. How they treat each other is ours.
Expected
- Be who your profile says you are. One account, your own photos, your real airline.
- Take no for an answer. A declined request is the end of it.
- Keep hotels, rooms, flight numbers and duty times out of the app. It protects you and everyone else.
- Post tips and meetups you would actually stand behind.
Removed on sight
- Non-crew accounts, shared accounts, accounts verified with someone else's proof.
- Harassment, threats, slurs, unwanted sexual content.
- Scams, solicitation, selling, recruiting, promotion of any service.
- Posting anyone's personal details, photos of others without consent, screenshots of private chats.
- Anything unlawful where you or the other person are.
How enforcement works
Every profile, meetup and chat has Report. Reports go to a two-person admin team and get a decision within 72 hours. Reporting also blocks the other person for you immediately. Two open reports suspend an account pending review; a "not crew" report sends it back to verification. Outcomes are dismiss, warn, re-verify, suspend or ban, and the reporter is told which. Repeatedly filing reports that are dismissed removes your ability to file that type.
User-generated content (tips, meetups, messages, profiles) can be removed at our discretion when it breaks these guidelines or the terms.
